"Bahá’u’lláh has drawn the circle of unity, He has made a design for the uniting of all the peoples, and for the gathering of them all under the shelter of the tent of universal unity. This is the work of the Divine Bounty, and we must all strive with heart and soul until we have the reality of unity in our midst, and as we work, so will strength be given unto us."  Bahá'í Writings

We are so excited that you have come to visit us!

In neighbourhoods around Aurora, Bahá’ís and their friends are striving to build a community that weaves together both the material and spiritual necessities of life. Our efforts are inspired by Bahá’u’lláh, whose teachings assert that, regardless of race, gender, class or creed, all humans are noble beings and have been created to contribute to the progress of society.

For over 60 years, Aurora has had an active Bahá'í community. The Aurora local governing body of Bahá'í communities (known as Local Spiritual Assemblies) which was incorporated in 1983, encourages us to make efforts to improve our abilities to meet the spiritual and material needs of all in our community, including those of devotional character, service to others, working with our neighbors and community members in Aurora of all faiths, backgrounds and languages.
